• I caught your show for the first time today and the story on Pat Sorenson just grabbed me.

  I too, grew up a avid horse lover like she did, and, I am also deaf. Horses were and are the best friends deaf people can have! I ride every chance i get and my husband and I like to so some team penning. I am not able to hear them call my number out and my husband sits down at the end of the arena and signs the number to me or if he is riding with me the announcer will let me come to the booth and they will tell me the number. That is not allowed on the jackpots, so he can't ride with me then. I know that Pat had many obstacles like this to overcome to do all the extensive showing that she did and I'm just in awe of her. Outstanding. Thank you for telling her story.

  Also thanks that your show was captioned. So many of the equine shows are not captioned when they first come out.
